Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms describe how SlimTeam subscriptions, renewals, billing, free trials, and cancellations work. By starting a subscription or free trial, you agree to these terms as part of the agreement between you and:

1. FREE TRIALS
We may offer free trial periods to allow new users to experience SlimTeam before committing to a paid plan.

If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before your free trial ends,
→ your trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription. -
The price displayed at checkout will be charged to your chosen payment method.
Deleting the app does not stop the conversion or cancel the subscription.
2. SUBSCRIPTION TERM & AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Your paid subscription begins at the moment your first payment is processed.
Unless cancelled:

your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period
-
renewal periods may be weekly, monthly, 6-monthly, annual, or another duration depending on what you selected at checkout
Your subscription remains active until you cancel it — regardless of whether you actively use the service.
3. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize SlimTeam (or its authorized payment partners) to:

charge the payment method you provided, and
-
automatically charge subscription renewal fees unless you cancel beforehand.
If a payment cannot be processed, we may attempt additional charges using the same payment method.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals, but does not refund past payments.
After cancellation:

you retain access to premium features until your current billing period ends
-
no further charges will occur unless you reactivate the subscription
-
deleting the app does not cancel your subscription
If purchased through the Apple App Store
You must cancel through your Apple ID settings:
Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Select SlimTeam → Cancel
Apple requires cancellation at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

You must cancel through your Google Play account:
Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → SlimTeam → Cancel
Google also requires cancellation at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

If purchased directly on our website
You may cancel through your account settings:
Settings → Help → Subscription → Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription

5. PRICE CHANGES
To the extent permitted by law, we may modify subscription prices at any time.
If pricing changes:

you will receive advance notice (via email, in-app message, or another reasonable method)

continued use after the price change takes effect indicates acceptance of the new pricing

if you do not agree, you must cancel your subscription before the new price becomes active
6. REFUNDS
Purchases are generally non-refundable, except when:

required by consumer protection laws, or
-
allowed under our Money-Back Policy (voluntary refunds for website purchases)
